Situation
After installing CLE with SSPR integration, user is no longer able to login workstation only when offline. Cached domain credentials appear to be no longer available.
Problem does NOT occur if CLE is installed WITHOUT SSPR integratoin.
Problem does not occur until the workstation is rebooted.
After rebooting the workstation it is no longer possible to login to the workstation until it is again attached to the network.
Error is returned:
Windows Security: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.

Resolution
Workaround: install CLE without SSPR configuration.

Steps to duplicate:
1. Before installing CLE,
2. Install with SSPR integration,reboot
4. Attempt to login workstation only using the cached domain password.
Error will be returned:
Windows Security: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
1. Before installing CLE,
a. While online, login to domain so that the Domain password is cached on the workstation
b. Logout, disconnect from the network, and login workstation only using the cached domain password to verify that all works as expected without CLE.
2. Install with SSPR integration,reboot
a. While online, login to domain so that the Domain password is cached on the workstation3. Reboot the workstation. Make sure workstation is still disconnected from the network.
b. Logout, disconnect from the network, and login workstation only using the cached domain password. This will work.
4. Attempt to login workstation only using the cached domain password.
Error will be returned:
Windows Security: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
