Environment

NetIQ AppManager for Unix 7.2.
NetIQ Change Guardian 4.0
NetIQ Change Guardian 4.0.1
NetIQ Secure Configuration Manager for Unix 7.2

Situation

When the Unix OS is rebooted, the VigilEntAgent is not coming up with the correct options.

Resolution

Cause

Malformed command is submitted on the upside of system reboot.
