Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3

Situation

ZENworks Diagnostics page does not show ZENworks Primary Servers. No errors in the zcc.log or zen-jmx*.log files.


Resolution

If using Internet Explorer, do not run in Compatibility Mode.  This disallows the Diagnostic servers to list in the browser.
