Situation
Users are not being linked to the corresponding user object in the ldap directory that Groupwise 2014 is using.
Resolution
1. Verify that you are using the Groupwise REST driver packages, which is for Groupwise 2014
2. Verify that you have dirxml.auto.treename GCV value on the driver set to the treename.
3. Verify that you have a LDAP Server in Groupwise Admin for 2014, created with name of the corresponding treename above.
2. Verify that you have dirxml.auto.treename GCV value on the driver set to the treename.
3. Verify that you have a LDAP Server in Groupwise Admin for 2014, created with name of the corresponding treename above.
Cause
The directoryid attribute is not being set upon document submission, so the driver cannot attempt to link the user object to the corresponding entry in the directory.
