Environment

Installing User Application 4.5 into an existing eDirectory tree.

Situation

Trying to save the Identity Vault settings would generate the error "Identity Vault DNs:'Root Container DN':'o=xxxxxxx' is not an LDAP container object."

This occurred even though the browse option was used.

Resolution

The LDAP server objects had the option "Enable old ASDI and Netscape schema output" checked.
Unchecking this option resolved the problem.
This option is used to allow some older non-standard LDAP clients to access eDirectory and was no longer required in this case
