Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 Inventory

Situation

Windows Hotfix information is collected during inventory scan, despite the fact that Software inventory collection is disabled.

Resolution

In the ZCC under Configuration->Inventory, enter "Disable:711" in the "Special Options:" dialogue box in the "Advanced" section at the bottom of the page and press apply.
