Situation

How to apply a temp or trial license on top of an existing permanent license.

How to re-apply a temp or trial license on top of an existing temp or trial license.

How to remove the existing NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA) license.

Cause

By default GPA will not allow a temp or trial license key to be copied over the top of an existing license. For details on how to update the license or remove an existing license, please contact NetIQ Technical Support.
