Trend Micro Deep Scan Report Problems on Devices Running ZCM 11.3

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3

Situation

Trend Micro Deepscan reports issues in the server console.
The ZCM 11.3x agent is installed before Trend is installed.
Trend server console suggests pieces of the Trend agent is not working properly.
The Trend agent appears to function normally.  suggesting the Trend agent is work.

Resolution

Workaround:

Install the Trend Micro Deepscan agent prior to installing the ZCM 11.3 agent.

Additional Information

Root cause has not been determined.  The issue does not occur if the Trend Micro Deepscan agent is installed prior to installing the ZCM 11.3.x agent.
