Situation
After upgrading from eDirectory 8.8.7 to eDirectory 8.8.8, dib doesn't properly open

Resolution
Apply eDirectory 8.8.8.4.
Cause
The cause is unclear, but based on the errors in the ndsd.log some modules appear to not be the correct versions.
Installing eDirectory 8.8.8.4 removes all the packages and installs new versions which resolved the problem.
