NSL Wizard prompts user to add application when prompts turned off
User can add .net Windows app when new Windows apps are not allowed
With preferences to not allow new windows applications like this,
Wizard still detects new dot net apps, in this case the Windows Security window from mstsc.exe
Users can act on this prompt and add an application definition for the new application.

Additional Information
Beginning with NSL 8.0.2 a new preference section was added for .net applications. Turning of new application prompts needs to be set here for .Net applications.
