SAS Driver Not Picked Up From Migrate Database Causes Stop (BSOD) Error on Target

Environment

PlateSpin Migrate 11.x

Situation

If a SAS Driver that has been uploaded to the PlateSpin Migrate database is not picked up during the migration, it may cause a Stop error (BSOD) on the target machine.

Resolution

The conversion is successful with following steps:
1. Upload the SAS drivers to Migrate Database.
2. after uploading the driver, a file by name "platespin.addtopnpsearchpath" with value 1 created and added in to the driver package created by Driver update.
3. Perform the migration.
