Situation
Some non Microsoft installer packages may go from patched to non
patched after applying update.
After applying patch to device patch is reapplied via Patch Policy or Mandatory Base line.
After installing Oracle Java JRE 1.8.0_11 for Windows (Full/Upgrade) (64Bit) (All Languages) (See Notes),
Device then shows that Oracle Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 8 Update 25 (8.0.25.18) for Windows (See Notes) needs patch.
After installing Oracle Java SE Runtime Environment(JRE)8 Update 25 (8.0.25.18) for Windows (See Notes), to device the status for
Oracle Java JRE 1.8.0_11 for Windows(Full/Upgrade)(64Bit)(All Languages)(See Notes) changes from patched to not patched.

Resolution
Working as designed. This old technology is being replaced in
the coming months, so the few patches that have the problem will be
superseded.
Once the problem installer patch is installed the installer patch should be disabled.
Remove the problem installer patch from the Mandatory Baseline and or the Patch Policy to avoid an install loop.

Cause
It is the expected behavior, for some non Microsoft vendors using
older patch technology with “Full/Upgrade” patches to see this
issue.
