Resolution
As of DRA 8.7, the installer supports installing on a Windows 2012 or Windows 2012 R2 Server.
DRA 8.7 + SP2 will fully support Windows 2012 or Windows 2012 R2 Domain Functional level managed domains.
NetIQ Reporting Center (NRC) + Hotfix 7011835 will also support Windows Server 2012 or 2012 R2 as well as SQL 2012
