Unable to compose HTML message in WebAccess

Situation

After applying SP1 to GroupWise 2014, the ability to compose an HTML message in WebAccess is not longer possible because the HTML toolbar is missing.

Resolution

For the post office in question, unlock the default compose view in the client options.
This will bring the toolbar back and allow the ability to compose an HTML message.

Cause

This is caused by locking the default compose view at the post office level. Even if the default is HTML and that is what is locked, the toolbar is missing.
