"Schema is not mixed case compliant" error installing IDM

Environment

NetIQ Identity Manager 4.5 Advanced Edition

Situation

When installing IDM 4.5 Advanced Edition the following error is received.

Schema is not mixed case compliant.




Resolution

Run the NrfCaseUpdate Utility to resolve the issue.

The instructions for the utility can be found in the IDM 4.0.2 User Application Installation Guide.
See section 3.2 Running the NrfCaseUpdate Utility for the instructions on how to perform the fix.

The NrfCaseUpdate.zip file can be found in the /products/RBPM directory on the Identity_Manager_4.0.2_Engine_Win2012_Advanced.iso.

Cause

The error can be seen if the RBPM has been previously installed in the tree.
