Situation

Sending to domains @me.com ; @apple.com ; @icloud.com returning 550 error (bounceback)

Resolution

  1. Log in to the GroupWise Administration Console for GW 2014 or ConsoleOne for 2012
  2. Navigate to GWIA properties/settings | SMTP/MIME | ESMTP Settings
  3. Disable Delivery Status Notification (DSN) option
