POA logs fill up with post office configuration information and nothing else

The post office log files fill up with nothing but the post office configuration over and over again. It fills up and creates a new log file about once every minute or so. The post office seems to be running correctly. The HTTP page can be accessed, but the POA up time shows as 0 days 0 hours 0 minutes. 

Loading the POA manually from a terminal with the --show option shows a missing DC file error. Adding the gwpo.dc file to the post office directory will resolve the problem.
