All of the disk devices appear to be accessible to the server
/var/opt/novell/log/nss/debug/nlvm_debug.log contains message "Cannot mount pool"
This will require a remote session to analyze why the pool is missing.
It is likely that one or more partitions are not being discovered my nlvm during a scan of the devices.
