Situation

With the 5.98 and earlier versions of the iPrint Client for Windows, the following message appears intermittently if Interactive Services Detection is enabled:
Interactive Services Detection
A program might need information from you or your permission to complete a task.
Program path: C:\Windows\system32\iprntctl.exe

Resolution

Install the iPrint Client for Windows version 5.99 or later.
