Situation

A PDF attachment embedded in a mail within a mail does not work
A PDF attachment doesn't work when it's been forwarded as an email that contains the PDF attachment

Resolution

This has been reported to Engineering.

This is an iOS device issue and cannot be resolved with the GroupWise Mobility Server.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Log in as user1 and send an email with a PDF attachment to user2

  2. Log in as user2 and forward the email containing the PDF as an attachment to user3

  3. Log in as user3 and forward the email that contains the email with the PDF as an attachment to user4

  4. Log into user4 and try to open the original PDF and it will not work
