Situation
Trying to modify a cluster resource load | unload | monitor script
and after pasting in additional commands and hitting apply,
iManager hangs and never applies the updated text into the
scripts. The iManager connection appears to be hung and will
eventually time out but the cluster master node is also in a bad
state where any cluster commands just hang.
Resolution
If you need to have more than 3200 bytes in a load | unload |
monitor script, then you may use this workaround solution.
Workaround:
Add commands into a separate script and call the script from within the resource script.
You will need to copy this script to each node in the cluster and make proper permissions assignments so the script can be executed.

Cause
There is a limit to the number of characters we support in a load |
unload | monitor scripts.
The character limit is 3200 bytes. Link to Novell Documentation
