Situation

NLPManager Welcome Screen is Empty
Error log shows "Could not load SWT style: content/shared.css"


Resolution

Logout from Desktop session and log in as root user for the Desktop session
(Since "ulimit -n 65536" is mentioned in the Documentation the user must be root)

Cause

NLPManager not started with same user as Desktop session user
