Pasting certain formatted text into the subject line causes the text to be cut off

Novell GroupWise 2014

Situation

Copying and pasting text in the subject field causes half of the words to be hidden
Unable to read the text in the subject field
The font size becomes too large to read in the subject field

Resolution

  1. Launch notepad
  2. Paste the text into notepad so that the formatting is removed
  3. Copy the text from notepad and paste it into the subject field in the GroupWise client
