Situation
Filr 9443 administration page will not load
Cannot reach Filr administration site
/vastorage nearly empty after adding new hard disk
Filr page will not start after adding new hard disk
Cannot reach Filr administration site
/vastorage nearly empty after adding new hard disk
Filr page will not start after adding new hard disk
Resolution
Verify each hard disk is on its own SCSI controller.
Each hard disk added should be on the next available SCSI controller
For example:
Hard disk 1 0:0
Hard disk 2 1:0
Hard disk 3 2:0
Each hard disk added should be on the next available SCSI controller
For example:
Hard disk 1 0:0
Hard disk 2 1:0
Hard disk 3 2:0
Cause
The new hard disk is added to the wrong SCSI controller. Filr tries to load the /vastorage on the new hard disk.
