User is not listed in a system AB when using Webaccess.

Novell GroupWise 2014

Situation

You added new user into GW system via webadmin console or using iManager with GW plugin. User is visible in the system AB when viewed using GroupWise native client but not when using WebAcess.

Resolution

The problem is caused by missing First Name field within newly created user account. After setting First name user gets listed also in the system AB when viewed from WebAccess.

This has been reported to the development.
