Situation

ERROR: "Time to Process GroupWise Events 1h 0s "It is taking a long time to receive events from GroupWise"" after DST started on March 30
Dashboard shows that events are delayed for all users
 

Resolution

  1. Download and extract gwconnectorlogic.pyc from the following link
    ftp://ftp.novell.com/outgoing/872095.tgz
  2. Type rcgms stop and press Enter to stop Mobility
  3. Browse to /opt/novell/datasync/syncengine/connectors/groupwise/lib  and rename gwconnectorlogic.pyc to gwconnectorlogic.orig
  4. Copy the extracted gwconnectorlogic.pyc to /opt/novell/datasync/syncengine/connectors/groupwise/lib
  5. Start Mobility by typing rcgms start and press Enter
