Situation
User recently added shows Failed sync status in Mobility WebAdmin.
/var/log/datasync/connectors/groupwise-agent.log reports the following errors:
GroupWise login error for user (<userid>): GroupWise login response returned code: 49255 (Database store number is invalid).
Failed to find user <userid> in cache or failed GroupWise login! Can not complete this users configurations without logging in.

Resolution
The above errors indicate a problem with GroupWise, preventing Mobility from adding the user.
Resolve any problems reported by the POA in regards to the user or the user database.

Cause
Database errors from the POA in relation to the user's userdb prevent Mobility from logging in to retrieve mail and add the user.
