Attachments viewed on IOS devices are corrupt or show improperly

Word or PDF documents display with lines across the screen
Attachments display improperly with lines across the documents
Forwarding an email from the iPhone/iPad causes the recipient to receive a corrupt attachment or email
Emails on iPhone/iPad are not displaying the full content of the message unless downloaded
IOS 7 devices don't download the full email

1. Open a problem email and scroll to the very bottom of the screen
2. Click Download Full Message
3. Re-open the attachment or view the full email
   

This is a limitation that was introduced in IOS 7 with activesync protocol.
