ndsrepair -C -Ad -A returns "ERROR -601 checking XREF ID"

When a object is moved from one container to another container with a eDirectory 8.8.8.2 server in the replica ring, the object being moved on the external reference servers are never  notified after the obituary process completes.  
If a ndsrepair -C -Ad -A is run on the servers holding external references after the move completes for a given object The following error will be returned:
