Delete or add buttons missing in Filr

Can not see upload button when user has write rights on Windows
Add button missing with custom user rights
Delete button missing with custom user rights
Non-standard NTFS, or NSS rights set
Advanced rights removed: delete, change permission, take ownership

This has been reported to engineering, to add more roles in Filr for user rights.

Filr has predefined roles based on user rights. Filr will display different results and button options depending on the roles picked up for the user.
