Situation
Unable to authenticate as admins from configengine.xml for WebAdmin
Can't login as any admins in the <admins> section of /etc/datasync/configengine/configengine.xml
Logging in as the main admin works
configengine.xml <admins> section recently modified
Newly added admins aren't actual Mobility users
/var/log/datasync/configengine/configengine.log reports the following error:
INFO [CP WSGIServer Thread-5] [__init__:1517] [userID:] [eventID:] [objectID:] [] LDAP enabled. Using LDAP for authentication.
WARNING [CP WSGIServer Thread-5] [__init__:1539] [userID:] [eventID:] [objectID:] [] <userID> is not a valid mobility user

Resolution
Please refer to documentation when Setting Up Multiple Mobility Administrator Users.
Cause
Mobility services must be restart after modifying configengine.xml so that the changed can be loaded in upon startup.
