SSPR message "Unable to communicate with server. Continue when ready."

Situation

The error below is shown after returning to the SSPR helpdesk search page after finishing actions begun with a previous search:
"Unable to communicate with server.  Continue when ready."

Resolution

Either change the search criteria and search again or simply press "enter" to search on the current criteria. 


Additional Information

This message indicates that a communications error occurred but has been recovered from. It does not indicate a current problem (hence the text "continue when ready"). 

It is possible to change the message if it is confusing to users.  Change the text of the message
in the SSPR configuration Editor.  Click "Custom Text," "Display," and the edit text box next to "Display_CommunicationError."  Edit as desired.  For example, some administrators might prefer to change the message to simply say "Continue when ready."
