NetIQ Secure Configuration Manager 5.9.1

Situation

A user needs to share an instance with other databases and to do that, they must all be the same collation.  

Resolution

The VigilEnt database used by SCM uses the SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS Collation.  This collation uses case insensitive search
