After installing GroupWise WebAccess 2014 on an OES server, Novell-Tomcat6 shows as dead

Installing GroupWise WebAccess 2014 on an OES server causes Novell-Tomcat6 to show as dead
Unable to start novell-tomcat6 (gw14 webacc)
novell-tomcat6 fails to start
novell-tomcat6 is not running
can't start novell-tomcat6

1. Launch Yast2 and select Software Management
2. In the search field, type tomcat
3. Right-click novell-web-config and select update
4. Click accept to apply changes and install the update
         Note: The novell-web-config version should be at least 2.4.1-0.5.18.1, if not properly registered, the update
         may not show. If this is the case, please register OES and add the update channel.
   
5. Launch a terminal and type rcnovell-tomcat6 restart
   

GroupWise 2014 updates Tomcat6, but not the Novell-Tomcat6 component causing it to stop working if updates have not been ran.
