Situation

Unable to perform address book lookup on device for GroupWise resources
Properties of Resource shows System Visibility set to System
Entering the email address of the resource manually fails

Resolution

Create a resource with no spaces in the name or modify existing ones and remove any spaces.

Cause

An email address can't have a space in it.
