Health Check Error DRA is unable to query the AD LDS instance.

When you run the Health check you receive the following Error:

DRA is unable to query the AD LDS instance. The instance exists, but the basic configuration is not found. This indicates a serious problem with the AD LDS instance. Contact Technical Support for assistance with repairing this AD LDS instance.


To resolve this issue, run the DRA Health Check utility and run a check on Upgraded Registry Values. Right click on Upgraded Registry Values and select Fix this Issue.


DRA has the wrong value for the instance name. This sometimes happens when upgrading from DRA 8.6.x to 8.7.
