"Upload failed" Error when Uploading a file to ZAV Server Workspace

Novell ZENworks Application Virtualization Server 11

Situation

Logged in to the Users portal on ZENworks Application Virtualization (ZAV) Server
Uploading a file to a workspace folder

The following error is seen:



ERROR:
Upload failed

Resolution

Access the ZAV Users portal with the actual DNS name or IP address of the server instead of localhost.

Cause

This issue occurs when accessing the Users portal using localhost as the address.
