GroupWise Mobility Service not syncing when running GroupWise 14 FTF

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2014
Novell GroupWise Mobility Service
Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack

Situation

GroupWise Mobility Service is not updating devices.
Running GroupWise 2014 FTF (prior to build 116819)

/var/log/datasync/connectors/groupwise-agent.log reports the following errors repeatedly:

Resolution

At the time of writing this TID, there is no public patch to resolve this issue. 

Please contact Novell Technical Services to obtain a more recent FTF to fix this issue.

Cause

GMS is unable to retrieve attachments from GroupWise, but then tries over and over again - hogging threads and preventing sync.
