Situation
Filr users receive error You do not have sufficient rights to open the file
User(s) have proper file-system rights to their appropriate Net Folders, Home Folder, etc.
Net Folder Server Proxy User has correct rights for FAMTD sync.
Net Folder / Server has been synced - same error presented to users.
Filr license reports as expired: Message "License has Expired"

Resolution
Although there can be many causes for this error, this problem was found after verifying permissions and sync components that can be found in the Situation section above.
