Jaspersoft 5 ZRS fails when using Windows Authentication for database user

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3

Situation

After install, can't bring up ZENworks Reporting Server ZRS.

ERROR (in jasperserver.log):

2014-03-27 08:19:36,016 ERROR AdhocAjaxController,http-8443-7:810 - ad hoc controller exception: An error occurred while creating the connection. Try again.

Resolution

Use a dbo that does not use integrated Windows authentication.

Cause

Windows Authentication mode is not supported if the database is an MS SQL server.
