After upgrading to sles sp3 & oes sp2, gwia wont start on GroupWise 2014

Situation

The following error occurs when starting GWIA:
undefined symbol: Z17XisBridgeBase ... Object

Resolution

  1. Try reinstalling the GroupWise Agent Server Software:
    <pathToInstallDirectory>/install.sh | GroupWise Server | Install

  2. If the above step does not resolve the issue, please upgrade to GroupWise 2014 SP 1.
    Note: At the time of writing this TID, SP1 has not yet been released. Please obtain an FTF through Novell Technical Support.
