Cancelling recurring appointments using "this instance forward" or "all instances forward" doesn't get cancelled in outlook

Steps to duplicate:

1. Send a recurring appointment to exchange user
2. Accept the recurring appointment from outlook
3. Cancel one recurring appointment from groupwise client and select "this
instance forward"
4. In outlook, e-mail is received about cancellation but it doesn't understand
the ics file that was sent by groupwise.

Microsoft Exchange does not currently support the THISANDFUTURE parameter. Until they do support THISANDFUTURE, the best alternative is to send correctly and do not let them cancel the meeting. The user is able to see the attempt to cancel via email.
