Auto-refresh is not working GroupWise 2014

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2014

Situation

Mailbox changes don't appear in WebAccess - auto-refresh is not working (autorefresh, auto refresh)
New messages and/or deleting messages in WebAcccess does not refresh the screen.
When you receive a message, it does not appear until you refresh the page.
When you delete a message, it does not disappear until you refresh the page
WebAccess and the POA are properly configured.

Resolution

Fixed in latest release of GroupWise 2014 Sp1

Additional Information

A workaround is to edit the webacc.cfg file and search for SOAP.Poll.host parameter replace default 127.0.0.1 by actual IP address on which WebAccess server shall listen to. After saving the file, restart tomcat.
