Situation
Application can not create objects under computer object.
Some of the applications like MSMQ create child objects under its own computer objects. Install and configurations can fail due to the inability of the computer object to create child objects.
Resolution
To complete the install of applications that require the ability to create objects under their own computer object manually add create rights for the computer object to its own object.
Cause
Computer objects do not have rights to create objects underneath their own object.
