POA and users not available in Mobility Web Admin Console

Environment

Novell GroupWise Mobility Service 2.0

Situation

When using GroupWise authentication
 
GroupWise POA will not connect with GMS
Cannot add users from GroupWise to GroupWise Mobility Service
POA does not show connected in Web Admin
POA not available to add users from GroupWise
 

Resolution

In the GroupWise Mobility Web Admin under the General tab make sure there is a proper GroupWise user set in the Authentication User Name
