Groupwise Web Pages not refreshing from Home View

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2012

Situation

Custom Web Page URLs are not updating when viewed from the Home page of the GroupWise Client.  This can be caused when Internet Explorer is set to Offline Mode.

Resolution

  1. Verify IE is not set to offline mode by opening Internet Explorer
  2. Select File from the top of the Window (press Alt if you don't see the Menu toolbar)
  3. Verify there is no check next to Offline Mode, if there is, select it so the checkmark goes away.
