Before logs are collected the Aegis logging needs to be set to 5 in the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NetIQ\AegisIQConnect\logLevel
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NetIQ\AegisIQConnect73\logLevel
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NetIQ\ProcessGovernance\logLevel
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NetIQ\ResourceManagementService\logLevel
After changing the logging level restart all the Aegis services listed below:
- NetIQ Aegis Activity Broker
- NetIQ Aegis Namespace Provider
- NetIQ Aegis Engine
At this time you can reproduce the issue; and collect/compress the log files from the path:
\Program Files (x86)\NetIQ\Aegis\IQConnect73\log
