Situation

Unable to wipe android device without setting a security policy
Unable to reset device to factory default in WebAdmin on Adroid devices

Resolution

  1. Configure Device Security Policy:
    • Launch Mobility WebAdmin, select Config | Device:
    • Select Device Security Policy to Enabled.
    • Select Minimum Password Length to Enabled and set it to 0 Characters.
    • Click Save.

  2. Restart Mobility:
    rcgms restart
