Situation
Deleted user still shows in address book
User removed from GroupWise still shows in GroupWise address book
Resolution
Perform a database rebuild using Console One

Right click the Post office
-
Click GroupWise Utilities then System Maintenance...
-
Select Rebuild Database and click Run
-
Restart your post office on your server with rcgrpwise restart
Cause
The post office had not received updated information.
