Situation

Appointments retracting themselves
Appointments get automatically retracted

Resolution

For new appointment
  1. Launch the GroupWise client
  2. Click Tools | Send | Send Options tab
  3. Check the Expiration date and change to the desired expiration date
For old appointment
  1. Launch the GroupWise client
  2. Right-click the appointment and click Properties
  3. Click Tools | Send | Send Options
  4. Check the Expiration date and change to the desired expiration date
